Terms of Service

Dashless Signal is software that detects estimated waste in Meta Ads accounts. Estimates are based on observed performance data — they're educated forecasts, not guarantees. You're responsible for reviewing every recommendation before acting on it. We're a detector, not an auto-pilot.

The plan is $149/month flat, billed in advance, with a 7-day free trial. The plan includes 100K Claude tokens per month; usage above that bills at $8 per additional 100K tokens via Stripe metered billing. Cancel any time from Settings.

You may connect Meta accounts you own or have written permission to manage. You may not resell access, scrape signals out of the product for other tools, or attempt to reverse-engineer the detection logic. Agencies should use the Agency tier (coming Month 3) for multi-client use.

We're not liable for ad-spend decisions you make based on Signal's output, third-party API outages (Meta, Anthropic, Stripe), or for consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Material changes give you a right to cancel without prorated refund obligation from us — fair's fair.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
