Delete your Dashless data
You can delete every piece of data Dashless has stored about you and your Meta Ads accounts at any time. This is your data — we just hold it.
What we delete
- Your profile and account record
- Encrypted Meta access tokens
- All connected Meta ad accounts (we won't access them again)
- Every campaign, ad set, ad, and insight we cached from Meta
- All detected signals and their AI explanations
- Per-signal Claude chat history
- Applied-action ledger entries
- Token usage records
We retain Stripe billing records (invoices) per US tax law for 7 years. We also retain anonymized, aggregate usage logs (no PII) for service-quality monitoring.
How to request deletion

For Meta users
If you came here from Meta's settings to delete data Dashless holds about your ad account, you're in the right place. The button above removes every record we have within minutes.
You can also revoke our access to your Meta account from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations — that immediately stops our access even before the data is deleted on our side.
